It’s been 5 years. There had to be a sequel eventually.

To mark WHY's 30th anniversary I've decided to go again and run a mile a day for a year, whatever the weather, wherever I am! 
i began on New Year's Day and all being well the final mile will be on New Years Eve 2024.

Ever since my Mum passed away from leukemia I've been giving back. I received some counselling, it didn't fix me but it allowed me to function better again. This small local charity based in Frome makes a difference but they can only keep going with our support in return.
